SALON HERDIS ASSOCIATE PROGRAM
Our full-time, paid internship program is designed for recent graduates in cosmetology who are ready to launch their careers with confidence.
Throughout the program, you’ll learn how to deliver a truly premium guest experience through hands-on, one-to-one training with one of our experienced educators. This personalized coaching and mentorship gives you a meaningful advantage as you build both your technical skills and professional foundation.
Full-time associates can earn up to $36,000 per year and gain access to world-class technical education and training from nationally renowned educators. In addition to individualized coaching, associates enjoy weekly opportunity days to work with their own guests, refine their skills, and grow real confidence behind the chair.

SALON HERDIS GUEST EXPERIENCE TEAM
The Guest Experience Team is the heartbeat of Herdis, responsible for creating a warm, seamless, and elevated experience from the moment a guest walks through our doors or calls the salon.
Team members oversee the front-of-house experience, ensuring every interaction feels welcoming, thoughtful, and effortless. Through comprehensive training, you’ll learn how to guide guests through service options, recommend personalized enhancements, and support at-home care that extends their experience beyond the salon.
