I’ve always loved the creativity of hair and the way the right style can completely change how someone feels about themselves. After years in the industry, I still find so much joy in working with different textures, creating looks that feel personal to each guest, and continuing to learn and evolve as a stylist.

What I love about Herdis is the freedom to be creative and truly be myself in an environment where individuality is celebrated. For me, the best part of this work is the relationships I build with my guests. I love getting to know each person—their style, personality and story—and creating hair that helps them leave my chair feeling confident, happy and completely themselves.
